摘要

The present invention relates to a dielectric material for microwaves of CaTiO 3 -La (Mg 1/2 Ti 1/2 ) O 3 -LaAlO 3 system. The microwave dielectric material of the present invention is represented by [(1-x) CaTiO 3 -x [(1-y) La (Mg 1/2 Ti 1/2 ) O 3 -yLaAlO 3 ] in a composition system represented by a general formula. It is produced by a sintered body manufacturing process of 0.3≤x≤0.6 and 0≤y≤1.0 in the composition system. The dielectric material for high frequency of the present invention has an advantage of having a dielectric constant of 40 or more, low dielectric loss, and easily moving the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency toward + and-as needed around 0 ppm / ° C.
