The present invention is a graft polymer obtained by bulk, suspension or emulsion polymerization of at least two monomers selected from aromatic vinyl monomers, vinyl cyanide monomers and alkyl ester monomers of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid in the presence of a rubber content of 25 to 70 parts by weight. (A) 25 to 70 parts by weight; 5 to 40 parts by weight of a polymer (B) obtained by bulk or suspension polymerization of an aromatic vinyl monomer and a vinyl cyanide monomer; 3-20 parts by weight of polyamide elastomer (D) with respect to 100 parts by weight of a styrene resin composed of 0 to 50 parts by weight of the heat-resistant copolymer (C) obtained by emulsion polymerization of an aromatic vinyl monomer, a vinyl cyanide monomer and a maleimide monomer. It consists of 0.5-20 weight part of ester copolymers (E), 0.1-10 weight part of modified vinylic copolymers (F), 5-30 weight part of brominated flame retardants (G), and 1-20 weight part of antimony trioxide (H). It provides a flame retardant resin composition.
