The present invention relates to a room temperature curing type silicone rubber composition having antimicrobial activity. More particularly, the present invention relates to a silicone rubber composition which comprises 100 parts by weight of a silanol terminated diorganopolysiloxane polymer, 3 to 20 parts by weight of a silane crosslinking agent, 0.1 to 5.0 parts by weight of an antimicrobial silicone rubber composition. The composition can be cured at room temperature, and has antimicrobial properties that do not involve toxicity and maintain antimicrobial and antistatic properties for a long period of time because a particular composition and composition ratio are applied.
