Disposable liner for non-stick coated cooking grills

A liner for use in a barbecue grill or other type of cooking grill has been disclosed. The liner has the shape of a sinusoidal pattern so that it can be properly positioned above the parallel rods on the grill. An opening is formed in the valley of the sinusoidal pattern. The openings allow heat and heat gases from the flame to be in direct contact with food located on the liner. Additionally, the openings allow food drips and barbecue sauces and the like to flow from the food through the liner. The top of the liner is covered with a non-stick material that prevents food from sticking to the foil liner during cooking. The non-stick material is hardened and applied to the foil so that the foil liner is not burned even when the foil liner is placed on the flame. The food is not adhered to the foil liner by the non-stick material. As a result, the foil liner remains in place even when the food is turned over, thus reducing the need to replace the foil liner or replace the foil liner.
