Computer simulations of bubbles covering the hull include: a. Calculate the turbulent energies, the acid turbidity, and the average flow rate for each cell defined by the three-dimensional orthogonal linear grid formed in the water flow field including the turbulent boundary layer formed around the molten surface of the hull; Jetting one bubble to a turbulent boundary layer at a predetermined position and an initial velocity at a certain time; c. Calculate the bubble flow rate in each cell based on the turbulent energy, acidity rate, average flow rate and random number, and d. Calculate the position of the bubble at the next time after the unit time elapses by analyzing the equation of motion based on the bubble velocity and the average velocity, e. Calculate the void ratio of each cell based on the position of the bubble at the next time, and f. Repeating steps c to e over a predetermined number of repetitions for different bubbles by sequentially advancing the time by unit time, and g. The distribution of the void ratio in all the cells is calculated as the entire distribution of the bubbles and the entire process is terminated when the distribution of bubbles converges.
