The present invention relates to a cellular telecommunication system intended for wireless communication with at least one mobile radio station side in a given cover area that other systems also use, wherein the cellular telecommunication systems provide a power signal. On receiving these power signals can be measured by a mobile station in the cover area. It is an object of the present invention to make it possible for a system roaming telecommunication systems in a cover area to be connected to a system which proves the highest output signal if the user's subscription condition to the telecommunication system permits.
