Vibration table for continuous casting machines

The vibration table 1 is constituted by a moving part 5 in which the mold of the continuous casting machine is located.;In order to prevent the cast steel from sticking to the wall of the mold, the moving part is connected to the manual mechanism via the eccentric body 13 so as to guide the vertical vibration.;In contrast to the known vibration table according to the invention, the eccentric body 13 is not driven uniformly. For this purpose, the driving mechanism is constituted by driving means for driving the eccentric body 13 at a non-uniform angular velocity. In the preferred embodiment, the drive mechanism is comprised of a hydraulic motor 19 provided with an electronic controller 29. The hydraulic motor 19 is electronically synchronized and connected to each other by a synchronization shaft 33 as a safety guard. All the up and down movements of the casting mold are accomplished by this method.
