The present invention relates to an improved method of simply sticking an ink to a thermoplastic body, such as a laminate used in a printed circuit board, by simply exposing to a high-intensity light source. A residual ink that can not normally bind to the surface of the laminate without UV pretreatment exhibits excellent bonding strength after such UV treatment.
