The present invention relates to a synchronization controller of a multimedia computer and a multi-step synchronization method of a multimedia frame using the same.;Conventional synchronization methods focus on achieving more accurate synchronization than necessary, so that each frame of the video stream is synchronized with a corresponding audio frame. As a result, the point in time at which the video frame is output to the user can never be ahead of the audio frame, thereby inevitably causing a delay.;In the present invention, the audio is output immediately without waiting for the audio to be synchronized, unless the audio is ahead of the human feeling than the video, and detects an indication that the synchronization difference is widening to be close to the limit, thereby gradually outputting the video. By slowing it down, we suggest ways to prevent it from falling out of the limit.
