The present invention relates to a method of converting a field format into a frame format for improving image quality through prevention of blurring and blurring.;The present invention basically corresponds to a transformation method on a time axis using only two fields corresponding to one frame. First, a frame image is made by interleaving two fields as in the conventional method, and then odd number of images is used. And image blur is detected based on one of the two even fields, and then the image shake is removed by replacing the detected shake with a signal of another field.;According to the present invention, it is possible to implement the conversion method relatively simply, but also to remove the problem caused by the simple field interleaving method.
