NATURAL PESTICIDE OF NOVEL PSEUDOMONAS FLUORSCENS PP-73 STRAINS

The present invention provides a novel Pseudomonas fluorescens bacterial strain for protecting against pathogens such as F. columorum affecting growth and development of plants cultivated in cold regions such as potatoes and wheat.;This isolate was isolated and cultivated in a cold soil and deposited at the Korean Microorganism Conservation Center (KCCM), where effective protein protection is achieved by inhibiting the growth of pathogenic bacteria at a constant cell concentration of the bacterial strain or by extracting proteins from the cell.;This new strain was named as Pseudomonas fluorescens Pp- ₇₃ and provided new use as pollution-free pesticides through experiments and examples such as single cell treatment of cells, single treatment of extracts, mixed treatment of pathogens and their pathogens, and single pathogen treatment .
