The present invention improves the deviation more effectively by applying the Fuzzy technique to the conventional prediction operation method as a means for reducing the deviation of the prediction power for the demand prediction operation method. Therefore, it has been improved to reduce unnecessary alarms and control occurring at the beginning of the time limit that has been presented as a problem in the conventional scheme. In other words, Fuzzy prediction algorithm is adopted as the most important demand prediction algorithm in demand control devices.;In the conventional predictive computation method, since the predicted power value is calculated from the power change amount of a certain time to the end of the time limit, the temporary variation of the load greatly affects the predicted power value. In particular, the deviation of the predicted power tends to be large in the first half. In contrast, the present invention calculates the predicted power value by fuzzy inference from the current power trend and the current power trend, so that such deviation can be minimized.;As a result, it is possible to achieve more reliable and safe power management by eliminating unnecessary load blocking through proper power prediction.
