A device for fixing and maintaining the eyelashes patient during laser keratomileusis and mechanically formed into a plate, wherein said plate is trapezoidal with rounded edges, cut at the half of its height from the stronger base along the center line to form two shoulders inclined inwardly relative to the plane of the plate at an angle of 125 to 170 deg., and the closure shoulder form an angle of 135 to 165 deg., the ends of the plate are bent inward along the radius of 2 mm.
