FIELD: biotechnology, in particular, biotechnological equipment used in processes of growing of microorganisms. SUBSTANCE: plant has hermetically sealed reactor with heat-exchange jacket, source of coolant connected with heat-exchange jacket and biofilter of air supplied to it. Plant units are sterilized with the help of steam produced by steam generators where biofilters are installed. One of the biofilters purifies air supplied to bioreactor, while the other, the used air. The plant has vessel for preparation of growth medium, growth medium sterilizer, hermetically sealed vessel for settling of biomass from cultural fluid and metering devices communicated with the vessels for withdrawal of thickened biomass and clarified fluid. Metering devices are connected by means of pipelines to steam-sterilized connector and vessel for preparation of growth medium. EFFECT: reduced production wastes under conditions of batch passage of growth medium; full utilization of substrate, and higher plant output. 4 dwg
