摘要

FIELD: gasification of agricultural wastes followed by burning of producer gas obtained in boiler plants. SUBSTANCE: plant includes gas generator, boiler with furnace chamber, pipe line for supply of producer gas from gas generator to burner of furnace chamber of boiler, air ducts for supply of air to gasification chamber and to furnace chamber and pipe line for supply of water steam to gas generator. Producer gas supply pipe line is provided with cutoff valve and is connected to water steam supply pipe line by means of additional pipe line provided with electromagnetic shut-off valves and bursting diaphragm which operates under action of steam pressure. Gas generator has hermetic housing, producer gas discharge branch pipe and fuel loading unit which includes receiving bin and screw feeder with drive. Diameter and pitch of turns reduce smoothly over part of its length towards outlet hole. Receiving bin is made in form of inclined chute with inlet and outlet holes located at some distance in vertical plane. Wall of bin located under inlet hole is inclined relative to plane of inlet hole of feeder at angle exceeding angle of repose of fuel by 3 to 5 deg. Gas generator gas form of truncated cone in its upper part; it is provided with fuel level sensor functionally connected with drive of feeder. Minimum height of free space in gas generator between upper level of fuel layer and producer gas discharge branch pipe is determined from relation H X, where H is height of free zone and X is height of discharge of fuel particles from its layer which is found from the following formula: , where ; W is average flow rate of gas above layer of fuel, m/s; WTH is initial flow rate of particles, m/s; q is free fall acceleration, m/sq. s; is density of gas, kg/cu.m; is kinematic viscosity of gas, sq. m/s; T is packed density of particles, kg/cu.m and dт is diameter of particles, m.
