SUBSTANCE: method includes section of cicatricical cords in changed sections of muscles in transverse direction, subcutaneously and by stages, beginning from regions with maximal contractures. In hyperkinetic case, additionally dissected are longitudinal cicatricical cords; direction of stages of section or dissection is proximal to eliminate muscle contractures of articulations.
