FIELD: synthetic drugs. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthetic membrane vesicles (liposomes) bearing on their surfaces fused peptide molecules and specific cellular proteins. Objective of invention is to transport efficiently drugs to specific body cells. For that, two-layer phospholipid vesicles are formed containing at least one pharmaceutically active substance and bearing on their membranes cell-specific labels. Preferred vesicle diameter is 80 nm. Vesicle membrane contains non-viral phospholipids, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphatidylcholine. To membrane, a cross-linking agent, advantageously sulfosuccinimidyl derivative, and at least one cell-specific fused peptide are bound.
