FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making two skin cuts on medial surface of lower half of the crus. Canals are formed bluntly with subcutaneous dissector unit. The canals envelope oval-shaped space between the tibia and Achilles tendon. Ligature or Gigly saw ends are brought through the canals. Fat tissue is closely separated in suprafascial mode and the perforated veins are torn. EFFECT: simplified operation method; low risk of traumatic complications. 2 dwg
