FIELD: pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: composition has ketoconazole and glucocorticosteroid-acetonide as an active components taken at weight ratio from 5: 1 to 500:1. Composition has pH value above 2.5 and below 6. New composition shows good physical-chemical stability under storage conditions. Composition exhibits double pharmacological activity eliciting both antiinflammatory and antifungal effect. Ketoconazole enhances antiinflammatory activity of glucocorticosteroid-acetonide, in part, desonide activity. Composition can be used for local using for treatment of patients with inflammatory and mycotic skin infections. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of a composition. 14 cl, 1 tbl, 2 ex
