FIELD: meteorology. SUBSTANCE: weather for specific section of the Earth is forecast by reference vector of speed of movement of atmosphere and reference temperature of atmosphere related to one altitude. Their graphs are made up for each day of each lunar month of each lunar year of 12-year lunar cycle by actual vector of speed of movement of atmosphere and actual temperature of atmosphere without regard to random energy effects on atmosphere from entrails of the Earth, on its surface, in its atmosphere or from outer space. Exclusion of specified interference out of evaluation cycle provides for preparation of long-term weather forecast with increased accuracy. EFFECT: increased accuracy of weather forecasts. 4 dwg
