SUBSTANCE: method includes installation of hooks-rests under arcs of vertebras for 2-3 vertebras above and below the damaged one from two sides of spinal processes. method also includes coupling of hooks rests with rods of distractors and vertebral column distraction. Catches and nuts are placed on distractor rods from two sides of them. Wood screws are driven transpeduncularly into vertebras adjacent to the damaged one through catches, and damaged vertebra reclination is performed by moving the catches along rod towards one another by rotating the nuts.
