FIELD: medicine; stomatology. SUBSTANCE: device has lower-jaw plate with middle longitudinal recess. Longitudinal limiters made of stainless steel are provided on each side of lower-jaw plate. Transverse recesses made in plastic of lower-jaw plate are adjacent perpendicularly to longitudinal limiters. Shielded electric cord is positioned in longitudinal recess of lower-jaw plate. one end of cord terminates in plug, and it is connected to one of device units. Other end terminates in bipolar electrodes secured to catch consisting of frontal activator arranged between bipolar electrodes and two transversal activators which ends are secured to lower-jaw plate. Leads of bipolar electrodes serve as device leads. Electrostimulation of different sections of tongue muscles is effected by adjusting the position of electrodes. EFFECT: improved design. 3 dwg
