Mold internal wall is cooled with water. Mold internal wall in its middle part is made in the form of flexible hollow thin-walled cylinder covered with cap and connected in its lower part with hydraulic pulser. During melt crystallization and cooling of casting, flexible hollow thin-walled cylinder is vibrated in radial direction by water pulse supply into its hollow. Melt is rotated with the help of electromagnetic device. Pipe is continuously pulled upward. Then, it is cut into measured parts or by element straightened into sheet and rolled.
