FIELD: medicine; traumatology. SUBSTANCE: fixator has base shaped as connecting sleeve and wedged plates with diverging operating ends coupled to this base. Plates are made flexible, and external surface of their operating ends is provided with pins form and which structure follows elements of trabecular structure of bone to be fixed. Central wedging rod is inserted between wedged plates for separation of plate operating ends providing with pins and for introduction of pins into intertrabecular spaces. Flexible plates, while resting on rod at two terminal points only, form functional clearance for manifestation of springy function. EFFECT: optimum adapted osteosynthesis. 3 cl, 4 dwg
