UNIVERSAL AUTOMATICALLY CONTROLLED PLANT FOR SHAPING LARGE-SIZE SHEET PARTS AND METHOD FOR TUNING IT

FIELD: manufacturing equipment of sheet-stretch presses for shaping large-size parts in the form of envelopes of double or variable-sign curvature of metal sheets, metallic laminates, possibly in airspace and other industry branches. SUBSTANCE: universal automatically controlled plant includes two rows of oppositely arranged supports with pneumatic drive and hydraulic fixation unit, set of changeable envelopes of polymeric composition materials and NC-system with rests whose axes are coaxial relative to die supports. Method for tuning plant comprises steps of successively mounting and fixing cross rows of supports of lower die by means of traverse bar at using NC-system with rests, placing and fixing on supports at first envelope of upper die, securing it to upper die, then placing envelope of lower die based according to basic openings and working surface of envelope of upper die. EFFECT: predetermined accuracy degree of shaped parts, lowered expenses for manufacture and operation of plant. 3 cl, 2 dwg
