FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has two threaded tie-rods coupled by assembly. Body of the latter is made of two casings of cylindrical form connected rigidly to each other at angle of 90 deg. Casing houses core with external screw thread on which coupling is set. Core terminates in hexahedral head. Slots of width equal to 1/3 of casing diameter are provided for swinging motions of threaded tie-rods. Teeth with spacing corresponding to that of ribs on arc-shaped support are made on external surface of casing. Rod holders of rectangular form with mutually perpendicular holes are positioned on threaded tie-rods. Rod holders are manufactured of different length, for example 1:1.5 for introduction of rods in two planes, which enhanced stability of splinter fixing. EFFECT: reduced traumatism. 4 dwg
