FIELD: medicine, particularly, neurosurgery; applicable in treatment of myeloradiculoischemic states caused by neurosurgical pathology (spinal cord injury, hernias of intervertebral disks, ABM of spinal cord, cicatricial-commisural arachnoepiduritis, intraoperation injury with development of postoperative myeloischemia). SUBSTANCE: method includes electrostimulation of spinal cord by means of two electrodes. One electrode is located episubdural above location of pathologic process, and the other, in root of spinal nerve below level of affection.
