FIELD: emulsifiers of inert emulsions; applicable in production of oil and gas. SUBSTANCE: emulsifier includes oil- soluble surfactant-salts of alkylpolyamines and fatty acids, polar solvent-fatty alcohols or wastes of their production and hydrocarbon solvent-low-congealing oil fractions or fuels. Emulsifier contains, wt.%: salts of alkylpolyamines and fatty acids of formula given in the invention description 10.0-30.0; polar solvent 4.0-6.0; the balance, hydrocarbon solvent.
