Stairway shuttering with tread elements for tread and riser faces in frame

Each tread element (40) of the stairway shuttering contains the tread side wall of the shuttering (44) of one step and the step riser side (42) of the following step, and the tread side wall (44) of the one element (40) adjustably adjoins that of the preceding step. The tread side wall (44) can be adjusted in length by inserts (86) as installed between the basic shutter wall (84) and the riser side wall (42) of the next step and is mounted on a holder (88) on the element (40) frame (46). Successive tread elements (40) are lined up by an aligner (52) which holds each riser wall (42) at right angles to the tread wall (44) of the next step. The aligner (52) has longways guides (48,50) interconnected at right angles to one another. Each tread element (40) bears on the shuttering frame via a fixed point swivel bearing (80) arranged close to the riser side wall (42). The bearing freely and slidably adjoins a frame (10) stringer (28) in the lengthways direction.
