Modesty cloak and hood having internal expanding lattice surrounding knee-level hem regions

A new cloak is cut out in circular shape from thin opaque material. Around its lower section is fixed a circular, closed supporting frame (7) which folds up. The new feature is that this frame comprises rods (8) articulating at their crossing points (9) and ends (10). They fold together somewhat like an accordion. Preferably the rods are metal or plastic. The garment reaches the knees when standing, and is made of a waterproof textile.
