The housing (1) is provided with several capillary tube mats (5) extending parallel along the housing form (1b). Each capillary tube mat with its two basic tubes (6a,6b) is fixed in the housing interior (1c). Groups of basic tubes are fixed in the area (8) of the face sides (1d) of the housing. The capillary tubes (9) run between the basic tubes with reduced clearance, stretched or in loops. The dimensions and number of capillary tube mats in the housing can be matched to the previously calculated cooling or heating power.
