A climate-controlled incubation cupboard or dry storage cupboard has a series of shelves on a ladder-frame (7) assembled from essentially U-shaped profiles whose ends are maintained in positions by springs (16) clipped behind a molded protrusion (19) in the cupboard wall. Each profile has a series of uniformly spaced locating holes into which the shelf (14) cross- supports (15) locate. The shelf position is then maintained by the assembled ladder-like structure within the cupboard (1) walls (8, 9).
