The computer housing (1) has a U-shaped cover (2), a front wall and a rear wall. The housing has an elongated slot in which a main board (7) is mounted; another side of the elongated slot is connected to a connection interface card (5) on which several auxiliary interface cards can be mounted. The other side of the connection interface is connected to a power supply frame with a plugged-in power supply component with internal gold fingers or connector plugs. The opposite side of the power supply frame has a diskette drive frame (4) with an interface card between them with several connectors which can be connected to the gold fingers or connectors in the power supply component. The other sides of the connectors are suitably connected to several peripherals. The rear wall (9) has openings corresp. to the components.
