Finger splint unit with movement of joint at broken finger

The distal element is swivellable about a pivot or an axis of rotation, which lies at least in the vicinity of the pivot of the joint of the finger, arrestable at the distal and proximal bone fixing elements of which are arranged at both sides of a joint of a broken finger. The elements (5,5') are designed rod shaped and bone fixing elements (15) are arrestable at the rod shaped elements, using clamping elements (4) movable along their longitudinal axis.
