Device for determining brightness and infrared component and colour temperature of daylight

The device determines the brightness, the IR component and the colour temperature of daylight. The device has at least one brightness sensor. It also has a device for measuring the time. The device also includes a calculating unit. The latter calculates the colour temperature and the IR value on the basis of the measured brightness and the time. Preferably the computing unit includes the time measuring device. The device may also include analog and/or digital outputs to output the measured brightness and the calculated colour temperature.
