The prefabricated and self-supporting wall unit, of reinforced concrete and similar materials, has a flat slab (1) with projecting reinforcements (2), to be integrated into an on-site concrete support (3) during the final assembly of the wall. A displacement body (4), as an insulation unit, is between two projecting reinforcements (2) at the slab (1).
