Prefabricated part and process for producing prefabricated parts for the cellar of a house, in the case of which the floor slab and the discharge lines (11) are marked out on a steel plate (1), and the floor slab is subdivided into individual segments (7, 7', 7''). The floor slab comprises a core region (5) and a separating region (6). The core region (5) is bounded from the separating region (6) by structural-steel cages (8), which are lined with an expanded metal mesh (10), in order to prevent concrete from passing out of the core region into the separating region. The discharge lines (11) are fastened on the structural-steel cages, the separation means between individual pipes (12, 13) being laid accurately in the respective separating region. The lower and upper reinforcements by way of steel-fabric mats is arranged such that they lie such that they are overlapping in the separating regions, the mounting of the steel-fabric mats being carried out beginning at one end and continuing to the next end. Consequently, the individual segments can be raised up, beginning from the other end, and transported away. The process according to the invention also makes it possible to prefabricate floor-slab segments together with high walls in the factory, and thus to construct them in a manner which does not rely on the weather to such a great extent.
