A method of mfg. an interleaved coil-end of a continuously wound tucked-up (inverted) winding of transformers and chokes, claims to avoid the use of solders joints or connections by initially mfg. the complete winding from start to end as a normal tucked up winding in which provisionally the inner link (1) is slightly pre-offset, and the winding end (2) near the winding on the free end of the winding support (9) is provisionally fixed into place, and subsequently this provisionally fixed end (2) is drawn through the windings lying next to one another on the winding support (9).
