Electroconductive liquids for a temperature range from less than -50 DEG C to more than 160 DEG C are disclosed, as well as their use in electric or electronic components, in particular sensors for measuring inclinations, vibrations, angles, accelerations and filling levels. The liquids contain at least triethylene glycol dimethyl ethers as main components, one compound having a single or multiple OH-function and a salt dissociated in the mixture. Because of their properties, these liquids are particularly suitable for use in resistive sensors.
