The dispenser consists of a container (3) with a valve (2). A cap has a fixed section (10) for fitting onto the container. The cap also has a moving section (4) which is separated from the fixed section by a peripheral slot (9) leaving a hinge (7). The cap has a connector with a free end (11a) for attaching to the container's outlet valve, located in line with its hinge. The slot (9) between the fixed and moving sections of the cap has one section (9a) which lies perpendicular to the container's axis. A second section (9b) connects with the hinge and lies at an angle to the first of between 70 and 160 degrees.
