A description is given of the application of interactions of vector potentials, in particular magnetic vector potentials, preferably in space free from magnetic fields, for specific transmission of predetermined active force/organisation patterns or orientation patterns to substrates, in particular special substrates having water properties, substrates realised by the process and also a process and a device for practical use of this application.
