The method involves filling a mould (11) from a liquid cement hopper (9) fixed to a base (10) pivoting around an axis (12) to allow the release of the moulded section onto a plate (3) fixed on the face of the mould. The assembly formed by the hopper and the base plate is placed on an autonomous mobile support with displacement drives. The base is fixed by connectors to the mould on one side which has vibration covers and on the other is connected to a lifting frame (19) to allow rotation.
