Method of production of metabolites, the primary and secondary on the basis of members grown in vitro

Synthesis of primary and secondary metabolites from vegetable constituents cultivated in vitro, comprises initiating and developing the vegetable parts (optionally genetically transformed) in a culture medium, and then repeating the following cycle: (a) making the plant parts at least partially permeable (not totally irreversibly); (b) adding at least one precursor of the metabolites to the medium; (c) incubation; (d) extraction of the synthesised metabolites; (e) recharging the culture medium with nutrients; (f) repeated incubation. Stages (a) and (b) are carried out in either order, preferably simultaneously.
