The seat is made in cardboard, or any similar material, and has panels that are formed by folds. It has four contiguous parts and the first panel forms the seat and the second panel forms the back rest. A third panel supports the back rest and keeps it at an adjustable inclined position. The fourth panel is placed under the seat so that the weight of the seated person prevents any movement of the other panels.
