This wax distributor comprises a housing (1), inside which is provided a reservoir (2) for the wax and two rollers (5, 6) rotatably mounted on a common shaft (7) mounted in a support (8, 9). These rollers (5, 6) are arranged in an opening of the reservoir (2). Angular locking means (12) are associated with one (6) of the rollers (5, 6) to modify the width of the application surface of the application device. A control member (13) is used to rotate the shaft (7) in its support (8, 9). The surface of this shaft (7) has two cylindrical sections (7a, 7b), one of which (7a) is offset from the axis of this shaft (7), these cylindrical sections (7a, 7b) serving as a means pivot for the respective rollers (5, 6). The locking means (12) of the roller (6) are kinematically integral with this common shaft (7).
