Cosmetic or dermatological compositions comprise an active agent (A) of plant origin in a base (B) which dissolves (A) without loss of activity and has a loss factor ( iota ) of 0.01-0.5 (i.e. is transparent or almost transparent to microwaves). Preparation of the composition is also claimed.
