Opening and closing control for tipping shutter in cattle breeding building to improve ventilation in the building

The control for a tipping shutter (2) in a cattle breeding building wall (B) includes a rotating shaft (4) for the winding and unwinding of a cable (5) fixed to the shutter. Winding of the cable causes the shutter to tip into the closed position whereas its unwinding causes the shutter to tip open. The flexible metal cable is fixed to the shutter through a threaded tube (6) which is engaged in a tapped piece (7) contained in the shutter and allows the tension to be modified.
