摘要

A low-temperature sintering temperature compensating microwave dielectric ceramic composition includes ZnTiO.sub.3 stoichiometrically combined with ZnO and TiO.sub.3, wherein Zn.sup.2+ of the ZnTiO.sub.3 is replaced with Mg.sup.2+ to produce (Zn.sub.1-X Mg.sub.X)TiO.sub.3 (X=0.02. about.0.5). The composite has a fine structure and improved dielectric property without a sintering agent.
