PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy input system for routine information and its method by which easy input of the routine information is effectively performed while remarkably reducing burden of an operator when the routine information is inputted. SOLUTION: A data processor 10 is provided with an input device 10 to input a character string, a routine data storage part 32 to store routine data of the character string corresponding to the inputted character string, corresponding combined routitme data by every combination of the character strings and a storage device 30 consisting of an item storage part 31 to store the routine data corresponding to the inputted character string only for three generations, the character strings to be successively inputted from the input device 10 are sectioned, the routine data storage part 32 of the storage device is retrieved by every character string, the corresponding routine data is stored in the item storage part 31, the combined routine data of the routine data storage part 32 is retrieved based on the combination of the character strings for three generations stored in the item storage part 31 and the combination of the character strings is converted into the combined routine data by the data processor 10.
