PURPOSE: To obtain a cleaning accuracy measuring apparatus for measuring the cleaning accuracy accurately in which a normal rice can be sorted from a detective rice by discriminating the state of individual sample rice. ;CONSTITUTION: The normal rice selecting system comprises a passage 8 for carrying the grains of rice, separated through a unit grain separator 2, individually to a receiving section 7, an apparatus 9 for measuring the weight of sample rice received at the receiving section 7, means 3, 4 for detecting the shape of the grain of rice optically to discriminate between normal rice and defective rice, a counter 14 for counting the number of grains of rice disposed at the carrying path 8, means 1001 for determining the weight Wb of predetermined number of grains of uncleaned rice received at the receiving section 7, means 1002 for determining the weight Wm of predetermined number of grains of cleaned rice received at the receiving section 7, and means 1003 for deriving a cleaning accuracy (Wb-Wm)/Wb.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
